A Surrey based photographer experienced at commercial and conceptual photography in both Studio and on location. Focusing around Fashion and Editorial photography, often influenced by Fine Art.

 

Aiming to flip conventions and challenge the conformity of classic beauty imagery. An absence of retouching means images offer a more honest representation of her subjects to help them see the beauty within themselves. Key themes are identity, self-image, self-esteem and acceptance within digital culture.

 

Works often explore the empowerment but also dependency around make-up. Practises in digital and analog mediums, using both other subjects and self-portraiture to convey her ideas. Her work is about encouraging viewers to reflect on their own relationship with themselves to inspire a positive change.

 

Her images act as a form of self therapy and are a catalyst for wider change as she also seeks to lessen the power of judgement within society.
